I untangle the half-formed idea, make it a plan, and a couple weeks later it's a live funnel, a launch plan, or a system running without them touching it. I grew up on a Kansas farm that's been in my family since the Homestead Act of 1862. Harvest season meant all hands on deck — driving grain carts, hauling loads to the co-op, delivering sack lunches to the field. Nobody asked if you felt like helping. There was work, and it needed doing, and you figured it out.
That's still how I operate in businesses today. I don't wait to be handed a task list. I know what needs doing and I handle it.
I traded the farm for a brief career in healthcare operations, then took my work online in 2020 with the launch of my OBM business.
