My Online Business Manager package includes almost all operations support! There may be times we need to interview and hire a contractor, which I will completely assist you with. Examples of this could be a Pinterest Manager, Social Media Manager, Brand and Website Designer, etc.
Contracts begin with a 3-month commitment. The goal of these 3 months is to audit your existing business operations, create a plan to revise and improve, and get to work. After that, the commitment is month-to-month.
My job has two main parts: operational management and high level strategy. With business operations, this covers almost everything you can think of! Project management and delegation, tech work like automations and systems, sales funnels and email marketing, product and offer suite creation, and more. With someone on your team who’s able to assess all the moving pieces, I’m able to identify how parts of your business can be improved or simplified.
