Yes! I’m a one-woman show, and it’s my priority that my clients feel fully taken care of. I limit my OBM retainers to only a couple at a time so my brain can focus on your business.
Contracts begin with a 3-month commitment. The goal of these 3 months is to audit your existing business operations, create a plan to revise and improve, and get to work. After that, the commitment is month-to-month.
My job has two main parts: operational management and high level strategy. With business operations, this covers almost everything you can think of!
